We at Associates in Digestive Health would like to assure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our patients and staff. We have increased our disinfecting processes and are taking additional measures to protect those we come in contact with at our offices and surgery centers. This includes wearing face masks, gloves, washing hands frequently, and making use of hand sanitizer. We are disinfecting every area immediately following each patient, including the front desk and exam rooms and any surfaces on which general contact is made. All patients and staff members have their temperature taken upon arrival. To limit exposure risks to both patients and staff, we ask that family members wait in the parking lot during your appointment. If you are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, coughing, congestion, and/or difficulty breathing, or develop any of these symptoms in the days prior to your appointment, please call our office to reschedule and contact your primary care physician immediately. Telehealth visits are available for your convenience, and we encourage patients to schedule a virtual visit whenever possible. Most insurance plans cover telehealth visits. Please contact your insurance carrier for specific information regarding your insurance coverage. Your health and safety is our top priority, and we will continue to provide updates as the situation develops. If you have any questions or need to reschedule your appointment or procedure, please call our office at (239) 772-3636.
